After voicing our complaints, the manager was able expedite the process and find us 2 rooms. We had to insist to speak with the Manager. The frontdesk said that she already checked with the manager and there was nothing she can do. There was no ETA as to when our rooms would be ready either and we were told that we have to wait at the end of the line again in order to get the room keys whenever it became ready. But then we learn that our rooms were not ready at 5pm due to housekeeping being behind schedule.
